Rally Closing Time: 3:00pm
About the Rally
Tackeroo is one of Cannock Chase’s most atmospheric woodland camping spots—peaceful, rustic, and right in the heart of the forest. If you love nature, wildlife, and stepping away from the hustle, this is one rally that ticks every box.
Set among tall pines and open glades, the pitches have a wonderful “back-to-nature” feel. The site is known for its tranquility, gorgeous woodland scents, and the chance to spot deer wandering nearby. With no electric hook-up and no onsite facilities beyond water and waste disposal, it’s a simple, pure camping experience—perfect for a relaxing weekend surrounded by nature.
Whether you’re a walker, cyclist, wildlife spotter or simply someone who enjoys sitting with a brew listening to birdsong, Tackeroo is a fantastic place to switch off and unwind.
